In this phase, you and your coalition are making decisions about how your purpose will be best fulfilled. From "nuts and bolts" logistics to consider, to choices about method, your goal is to plan and design your event(s) with your goal in mind. Much of the "day of" aspects will take care of themselves with good planning in this phase.
